Question: Can first-semester undergraduate students work part-time?

Answer: Students who were already residing in Korea can apply for permission to work part-time because they already have an Alien Registration Card (ARC). 

Students who entered Korea from overseas may begin working part-time only after applying for an ARC and receiving the physical card.
