Alien Registration (Degree & Exchange Students) ▶ 1st Application Period Application Period: February 9 (Mon), 2026 – March 10 (Tue), 2026 Supplement Deadline: March 10 (Tue), 2026 Submission to Immigration: March 12 (Thu), 2026 ▶ 2nd Application Period Application Period: March 3 (Tue), 2026 – March 24 (Tue), 2026 Supplement Deadline: March 27 (Fri), 2026 Submission to Immigration: April 1 (Wed), 2026 📍 Eligibility: New international students (degree & exchange programs) 📍 Purpose: Issuance of Alien Registration Card (ARC) 2. Extension of Stay (Current Students) Application Period: February 1 (Sun), 2026 – March 23 (Mon), 2026 📍 Eligibility: Currently enrolled international students 📍 Note: Students must check their own visa expiration date and apply for extension before it expires. 3.
