2026 Fall Semester Orientation Materials The orientation materials for new students entering in the Fall 2026 semester will be uploaded on Wednesday, August 26. As several revisions are currently being made, the updated materials will be posted once all changes have been reflected. Please refer to the key information below. Class Schedule Business Administration: Monday and Tuesday First class: Tuesday, September 1 Early Childhood Education: Thursday and Friday First class: Thursday, September 3 Aviation, Tourism and Foreign Languages: Thursday and Friday First class: Thursday, September 3 Global Korean Studies: Thursday and Friday First class: Thursday, September 3 Integrative Biotechnology: Thursday and Friday First class: Thursday, September 3 Global :Liberal Studies: Monday and Friday Please note that this schedule is subject to change. Required Documents for Alien Registration Card Application Please prepare the following documents in advance: Housing contract Passport A copy of the contract holder’s ID, only if the housing contract is not signed under your own name Inquiries If you have any questions, please contact us by email at iie@syu.ac.kr. Students who have already arrived in Korea may also visit the International Office for assistance. Office Hours Monday–Thursday: 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Friday: 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Lunch break: 12:00 p.m.–1:00 p.m. Please note that the office will be closed on Monday, August 24. Do not visit the office on this date. The office is also closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. The International Office will register all first-semester students for their courses, so there is no need to worry about course registration. For the Division of Global Open Major, the classroom information will be announced at a later date. We will provide an additional notice as soon as it is updated.
'The International Engagement & Success Office' will be conducting a departmental workshop and supporting the TKU program on Monday, August 24, 2026.
