Obtain your bank balance certificate before your current visa expires. Make a reservation with the immigration office and visit on your scheduled date. 2025년 3월학기에 입학한 신, 편입생 학생들은 조만간 비자연장을 신청해야 합니다. 아래 서류를 준비하여 주시기 바랍니다. 1. 신청서 (사무실에 방문하여 수령 후 작성) 2. 여권 3. 외국인등록증 4. 통장 잔고 증명서 (12,835,848 KRW) 한국에서 만든 은행계좌로만 가능, 6개월치 거래내역서 및 해외에서 금액이 송금되었음을 증명하는 서류 5. 거주문서 (기숙사 거주확인서 혹은 집 계약서) 6. 성적표와 재학증명서 7. 등록금 납입증명서 * 비자연장을 신청해서 연장 허가를 받기 전에는 출국을 할 수 없습니다! 방학에 고향에 방문하는 등 해외에 갈 계획이 있는 학생들은 반드시 비자 연장을 신청하여 연장이 된 다음에 출국 하시기 바랍니다. 🔹 English Visa Extension Notice Students who were newly admitted or transferred in the Spring 2025 semester must apply for their visa extension soon. Please prepare the following documents: Application form (Receive and fill out at the office) Passport Alien Registration Card Bank balance certificate (12,835,848 KRW) — must be from a Korean bank account; include 6 months of transaction history and documents proving overseas remittance Residence document (Dormitory residence certificate or housing contract) Transcript and Certificate of Enrollment Tuition Payment Certificate You cannot leave Korea until your visa extension is approved. Students planning to travel abroad during vacation—such as visiting your home country—must apply for the extension and receive approval before departing Korea. 🔹 Uzbek (O‘zbek) Viza Uzaytirish Bo‘yicha E’lon 2025-yil bahor semestrida yangi yoki ko‘chirilgan talaba sifatida o‘qishni boshlaganlar tez orada vizani uzaytirish uchun ariza topshirishlari kerak. Ta’til paytida vatanga borishni yoki chet elga chiqishni rejalashtirgan talabalarga — avval vizani uzaytirish uchun ariza topshirib, uzaytirilganini tasdiqlab oling, shundan keyin safar qiling. 🔹 Nepali (नेपाली) भिसा विस्तार सम्बन्धी सूचना २०२५ वसन्त सेमेस्टरमा भर्ना भएका वा स्थानान्तरण आएका विद्यार्थीहरूले चाँडै भिसा विस्तारको लागि आवेदन दिनुपर्छ। कृपया तलका कागजातहरू तयार गर्नुहोस्: आवेदन फारम (अफिसमा आएर लिएर भर्ने) राहदानी (Passport) विदेशी दर्ता कार्ड (ARC) बैंक शेष प्रमाणपत्र (12,835,848 KRW) — कोरियामा खोलिएको बैंक खाताबाट मात्र; ६ महिनाको कारोबार विवरण तथा विदेशबाट आएको रकम प्रमाणित गर्ने कागजातसहित बासस्थान प्रमाणपत्र (होस्टेल बसोबास प्रमाणपत्र वा घर भाडा सम्झौता) अंकपत्र (Transcript) र भर्ना प्रमाणपत्र शुल्क भुक्तानी प्रमाणपत्र भिसा विस्तार स्वीकृत नभएसम्म तपाईंले कोरिया छाड्न पाउनुहुन्न! विदा भएको समयमा घर फर्कन वा विदेश जान चाहने विद्यार्थीहरूले अवश्यै पहिले भिसा विस्तारका लागि आवेदन दिएर विस्तार स्वीकृति पाएपछि मात्र यात्रा गर्नुहोस्। 🔹 Chinese (简体中文) 签证延期通知 2025年春季学期的新生和转学生必须尽快申请签证延期。请准备以下材料： 申请表（到办公室领取并填写） 护照 外国人登录证（ARC） 银行余额证明（12,835,848 韩元）——必须是韩国银行账户；需附上6个月的交易明细及证明海外汇款的文件 居住证明（宿舍居住证明或租房合同） 成绩单和在学证明 学费缴纳证明 在申请并获得签证延期批准之前，您不能出境！ 计划在假期前往国外或回国的学生，必须先申请签证延期并获得批准后，才能离境。
