Question: How can I apply for a replacement Alien Registration Card (ARC)?

Answer: If you have lost your ARC and need a replacement, please make an appointment with the Immigration Office and bring the following documents:

• Application form
• Certificate of enrollment
• Copy of your passport
• Proof of residence

Proof of residence:

1. Students living in a dormitory: Dormitory Residence Confirmation
2. Students living off campus: Housing lease agreement
   • If the lease is not under your name, you must also submit a Confirmation of Residence/Accommodation form and a copy of the ID of the person whose name appears on the lease.
