• How to Apply

1) In-person application : 

Make a reservation to visit the Immigration Office and bring the required documents listed. 

2) Online application : 

Visit the Hi Korea website (https://www.hikorea.go.kr/Main.pt) 

Go to e-Application Service → (For first-time applicants) "Part-Time Employment Permission" / (For changes) “Part-Time Employment Report”

• Required Documents 

-Application form, passport, and Alien Registration Card (No application fee required)

-Academic transcript or attendance certificate

-Proof of Korean (or English) language proficiency

-Confirmation of Part-Time Employment for International Students

-Confirmation of Compliance with Part-Time Employment Requirements and a copy of the employer’s ID

-Copy of the business registration certificate

-Copy of the standard labor contract - Must include hourly wage, work details, and hours
